Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
